DADCAMP Transfer and Cancellation Policy for USA Camp Locations
Q: I registered for the wrong location! Can I transfer to another camp?
A: Unfortunately, as of January 1, 2026, we are unable to transfer you to another event. However, we can cancel your registration, refund your payment minus your deposit, and you can register for the camp/weekend/event you would like to attend.
Q: Do I have to register again if you cancel my registration at one camp so I can go to another?
A: Yes. When we cancel your registration, we lose all of your data. Therefore, you will need to re-register before your weekend event.
Q: Why can’t I get my deposit back?
A: Deposits are unfortunately non-refundable. This includes in the instance of registering for the wrong event, or needing to cancel your weekend. Due to a high volume of registrant interest, we operate on a first-come-first-serve basis. If you register for a weekend and then choose to move to another camp location or date, you have potentially taken a spot from someone else who was eager to attend the location you chose.
Q: I am unable to go to my weekend. Can I give my registration to another dad?
A: Yes, you are able to transfer your specific weekend registration to another dad. Please email registration@dadcamp.org to get instructions on how to do this.

All cancellations and refund requests must be submitted by email. The $50 registration fee is non-refundable. Email requests: registration@dadcamp.org
Cancellations and refund requests received 2 weeks prior to camp start date will receive a full refund minus the $50 registration fee. Cancellation and refund requests received less than 2 weeks prior to the camp start date are NOT ELIGIBLE for a refund. (DADCAMP has to pay the camps we contract with 2 weeks prior to events).
Refunds will not be given for no-shows, late arrivals, or those who choose to leave camp early. In the event of a special circumstance, please email us and we will review your request on a case-by-case basis. Please allow 1-2 weeks for your refunds to be processed.
If you selected “Deposit Payment” $50, your final payment will be automatically charged to the same card used to make the deposit three weeks before your DADCAMP weekend.
Registrations not PAID IN FULL within one week of your DADCAMP weekend will result in your weekend registration being canceled.
